Terms of service

Last updated October 3, 2026

The service

MailAuth Fix ("we", "us") provides a free email-authentication checker and fixed-price setup of SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms. Questions: sales@wrenchline.ai.

Plans and prices

Each plan covers one domain. "Sending services" means the tools that send email as your domain (newsletter, store, CRM, invoicing), not counting your mailbox provider.

PlanPriceWhat is included
Starter$129Guided. One sending service (plus your mailbox provider). We send the exact records; you add them yourself. SPF, DKIM and DMARC in monitor mode (p=none), plus a verification check of the records you add. No DMARC enforcement. Need more than one sending service? Choose Fix.
Fix$199DNS audit, one merged SPF record, DKIM for your mailbox provider and up to 3 sending services, DMARC in monitor mode with reporting, verification with real test emails to Gmail and Outlook.com, and a written report with a DMARC enforcement plan.
Fix + Enforce$349Everything in Fix, plus 30 days of DMARC report monitoring, finding and authenticating legitimate senders you forgot, and a staged move from p=none to quarantine to reject when the reports are clean.

Add-ons: each sending service beyond 3 is +$49; each extra domain is $149. Unusual setups (for example on-premise mail servers) are quoted before any work starts. Prices are in US dollars.

What we need from you

  • You must own or control the domain and have access to its DNS (or be able to give us delegated or temporary access, or paste records yourself in guide mode).
  • You give us accurate information about who sends email as your domain. Missing a sender can cause that sender's mail to fail authentication.
  • If you give us DNS access, you can revoke it when we are done. We keep a copy of your original records so changes can be rolled back.

No guarantee of inbox placement

We set up and verify authentication. We do not promise that any message will reach the inbox. Delivery depends on third parties (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and others), your sending reputation, list quality, content and blocklists, none of which we control. Provider rules also change over time. The free checker reads public DNS only and cannot see how your mail is actually signed, so a green result is not a deliverability guarantee.

Refunds

  • Fix and Fix + Enforce: after we finish, we run the verification tests. If the tests fail, we keep working on it, and if we still cannot get them to pass, you get a full refund.
  • Starter: if the records do not pass the verification check after you follow the guide, you get a full refund.
  • Some cases are outside what we can fix: senders that cannot sign with your domain on their plan, DNS hosts that do not let you or us add the needed records, and domains with active blocklisting or abuse problems. We will tell you up front where we can; if it only becomes clear after you pay, you get a full refund.
  • To ask for a refund, email sales@wrenchline.ai. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability

The site and the free checker are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work carefully and start DMARC in monitor mode, but DNS changes can have unintended effects. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as lost revenue, lost business or lost email), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect plans you have already paid for. Contact: sales@wrenchline.ai.
