The short version
MailAuth Fix runs a free email-authentication checker and sells fixed-price setup of SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work. We do not sell your data. Questions: sales@wrenchline.ai.
The free checker
When you enter a domain, your browser looks up that domain's public DNS records (MX, SPF, DMARC, and about 20 common DKIM selectors, plus any domains your SPF record points to). The lookups go straight from your browser to Cloudflare's public DNS resolver (1.1.1.1) and, only if that fails, to Google's public DNS (dns.google). They see the domain names being looked up and your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
- Not logged by us: there is no MailAuth Fix server behind the checker. We do not receive, log or store the domain you enter or the results. They stay in your browser and disappear when you close or reload the page.
- What we can see: ordinary hosting data that Cloudflare records when anyone loads a page (see below). That does not include what you type into the checker.
- If you use the order form after a check, the domain is copied into it in your browser. It only reaches us if you send the email yourself.
Order requests and email
The "Email my request" button opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to sales@wrenchline.ai. Nothing is sent until you send it. An order email contains the domain, plan, DNS mode, who sends your mail, your email address, and a one-line summary of the checker result. We use it to reply, quote, do the work and handle refunds. We keep these emails as long as needed for that, and for accounting and legal needs.
If you give us temporary DNS access, we use it only for your records, we do not store your credentials, and you can revoke access when we are done. We never need access to your mailbox contents.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we do not store card data. Stripe tells us the payment status and the name and email on the payment.
Hosting, analytics and fonts
- Cloudflare hosts this site and, like any host, processes request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and protect it.
- We may turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate page-view and referrer counts. It does not use cookies or track you across sites. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use service providers to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS lookups, analytics), Google (DNS fallback, fonts, and email if you write to us), and Stripe (payments). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, an order email) by writing to sales@wrenchline.ai. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.
